Terms and conditions
The agreements that apply when you work with Northbound Marketing. Last updated 29 October 2026. This is an English translation; in case of differences, the Dutch version prevails.
1. Our details

2. When these terms apply
These terms apply to all quotes, assignments and services provided by Northbound Marketing to businesses. Deviating agreements only apply if we confirm them in writing.
3. Investment and payment
- All amounts are exclusive of VAT.
- We invoice the setup and one-off assignments in advance.
- We invoice monthly services, such as ad management, at the end of the month in which we performed them.
- You pay your ad budget directly to Google, Meta or another platform. This falls outside our invoices.
- You pay invoices within 14 days. If an invoice remains unpaid after a reminder, we may pause the work until it has been paid.
- All prices are starting prices. We agree your final price with you in writing in advance. If we change our rates, you will be informed at least one month in advance.
4. Term and cancellation
Monthly services run on a monthly basis. You can cancel them with a notice period of one month. You can cancel by email. We recommend the first three months, because that is when campaigns run stably, but you are not bound to that.
5. How we carry out the work
We do our work to the best of our ability and with the care you may expect from a specialist. Because results also depend on your market, your website, your offer and the platforms themselves, we cannot guarantee a specific number of enquiries, bookings or sales. You ensure timely access to your accounts and correct information.
6. Exclusivity
Within an area, we work for one business per trade. We agree with you in advance how large that area is.
7. Ownership of accounts, data and work
Your advertising accounts, data and analytics accounts remain yours, even if you stop. Websites, copy and designs that we create for you become yours once they have been paid in full.
8. Personal data
If, in the course of our work, we come across data relating to your customers, for example in your CRM or in customer lists for Google and Meta, we process that data as a processor within the meaning of the GDPR. For this purpose, we conclude a data processing agreement at the start. You can read how we handle our own data in our privacy statement.
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the damage occurred. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost revenue, or for decisions and outages of Google, Meta or other platforms.
10. Applicable law and disputes
Spanish law applies to our collaboration. We first try to resolve any disagreement together. If that does not succeed, the courts of Barcelona will decide.
